Transformation Contest 2013!!!

Are you ready to make some changes and add some fun, this time around?  Granted, I’m sure that most of us have taken on a new “Challenge” every now and then and usually this happens on or around a special event such as; New Year’s goals, summer vacation, weddings, reunions, you name it!

577867_297271103688045_653155705_nThe problem with these previous challenges were that you didn’t have the right mindset.  Yes, you wanted to change; lose weight; become healthier; etc…but your mind wasn’t in the right place.  How can I be so sure about this?  The fact that you are considering another challenge is a dead giveaway!

Do you believe these goals are achievable; or is it just a wish?  There is a difference and most of us only wish for improvements.  This is crucial to your success; simply because unattainable goals are never going to happen.  For example, if you have a specific body type and hope to change to another; this is impossible.  Yes, you can work on achieving the best results for your body type and shape but you’ll never be able to “will” or “motivate” yourself to grow taller/shorter, smaller/larger body frame, etc.  Once you have an achievable goal; you then need to find whether you truly believe you will achieve it.  If you do or don’t believe it; you’re right!  Our mental state must be in the right frame of mind or we will not move forward.  What happens at this stage is that when things start to get difficult or uncomfortable (which they always do); we throw in the towel and proclaim it isn’t for us.  We aren’t able to.  We can’t do it.  We are too busy.  Too little time.  No support at home.

Honestly, this list of excuses is endless but you get the idea.  What would happen if instead, you decided to push through NO MATTER WHAT?  What if, when things got busy or uncomfortable, you reminded yourself to keep going anyway?  What do you think will happen?

I will tell you exactly what happens; you will eventually reach your goals and maybe even more than expected!  What is the difference?  Your mindset.  “Master your mind; and you master your success.”  This is key for our development towards a more successful life!

What does all this boil down to?  Roll up your sleeves and get your engines revved because we are moving forward this coming January 2013!!!


What it is:  You and a partner (choose wisely) will enter as a team.   You will follow the guidelines set out for your level, goals and personal strategies.  Together, you stay motivated and encourage each other when things get challenging and uncomfortable (because they will; but we are going to persevere)   We will also post daily in our secret challenge group on Facebook. The accountability and support every day of the week is critical to staying motivated.  Just imagine the difference in your behavior when you have a partner and group of people who are counting on you to stay the course.  Think about the guilt you’d feel if you choose to “cheat” on your meals and workouts but know that this same group is on track.

First step; find a partner who is willing and able to support you on this journey.

Second step;  let’s get you started with the right meal plans and workouts to suit your current fitness level (all levels are encouraged!) and goals.

  • Full Name
  • Age
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body Fat %
  • Daily schedule: what time you sleep, wake-up, meal times, work time and when you are able to work out
  • Your typical two-day diet
  • Your workout program of choice (if help is needed in determining the right solution; say so and we will find this together)
  • Food Allergies
  • Injuries or disabilities or exercises you cannot perform
  • Short-term goals
  • Long-term goals
  • Current pictures including front, back, sides

We are going to have rewards for the top 3 winning teams.  Winnings will be determined by many factors, including, body fat percentage lost, weight lost, overall inches lost and before/after photos.
